In May 2018, Mr. Radhesh, an IT employee exploring the agricultural landscape for the first time, learned about GroTron® through a common friend. Intrigued by our pioneering agricultural technology, he decided to reach out to us, sparking a significant opportunity for collaboration.
I invited him to our software development center in Bangalore to experience GroTron® firsthand. During the visit, I showcased the working prototype and explained our plans for a commercial launch in October 2018. Mr. Radhesh was not only impressed by the technology but also clearly recognized how it could greatly benefit his 10-acre polyhouse farm. His appreciation for our transparency regarding the product's readiness laid the foundation for a trusting partnership. He remarked, "I appreciate the fact that you were honest in admitting your product is not yet commercially ready. I am fully convinced about how this tech can help us with our first-hand farming journey."
This trusting exchange culminated in our very first order. By the end of October 2018, we successfully installed GroTron® at A2T2 farm, where our comprehensive system included farm automation, fertigation automation, and climate management — all designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Mr. Radhesh's agricultural endeavors.
Fast forward to today, and the results speak for themselves. Mr. Radhesh has achieved remarkable productivity on his farm, showcasing the profound impact of integrating advanced technology into traditional agriculture.
