Refund & Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We strive to provide high-quality irrigation and fertigation automation technology solutions. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom-made or special-order systems.

  • Used or installed components, pipes, fittings, and automation equipment.

  • Digital/software-based solutions once accessed or downloaded.

  • Services, installation fees, and consultation charges.

3. Warranty & Defective Product Returns

  • Products found defective upon delivery may be eligible for a replacement or repair under our warranty policy.

  • If a defect arises within the warranty period, customers must submit a warranty claim with photographic/video evidence and product details.

  • Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors (e.g., weather, rodents, physical impact, etc.).

4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at info@farmagain.co with your order details and reason for the return.

  • If applicable, ship the product back to our designated warehouse (return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defective item).

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been credited yet, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank account and payment provider.

  • Contacting your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our return policy.
